• A 50% deposit is due with a Signed Contract. The balance will be due prior to the start of the event unless other arrangements have been made. If we have a card on file from the deposit, we will run the balance on that.
  • If event payment is made in full and event is cancelled that entire payment will be credited towards your rescheduled date.
  • For customer pickup and private party set ups: Your game will be clean when you pick it up. It is expected to be returned in the same condition. There will be up to a $100 refundable deposit on all customer pickups. This can be returned after game is returned and inspected.
  • If deposit can’t be made with reservation games will be reserved for 72 hours. If no deposit is received in that period, your reservation will be cancelled. You can reschedule when your deposit is received.
  • PAYMENT FOR THE BALANCE OF YOUR EVENT IS DUE TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER UPON ARRIVAL. We will NOT start setting up until payment has been made. If other arrangements have been made, please disregard and the following statement will apply. Upon completion of your event payments received more than 30 days after the event will be subject to a 5% late fee up to 45 days. Payments later than 45 days will be subject to a 10% late fee. Payments more than 60 days late will be turned over to collections and not allowed to rent in the future without payment made in full prior to event.
  • NOTE: IF THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE GAME SUPERVISION AND FAIL TO DO SO THE GAMES WILL BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL SUFFICIENT SUPERVISION IS AVAILABLE. THIS IS AN INSURANCE REQUIREMENT. IF THERE IS NO SUPERVISION FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OWED.
  • NOTE: IF CUSTOMER HAS AGREED TO PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS FOR SET UP AND TEAR DOWN AND FAIL TO DO SO GAMES TO GO WILL SEND ADDITIONAL STAFF AT A RATE OF $80/HR INCLUDING DRIVE TIME TO AND FROM THE EVENT LOCATION. ADDITIONAL MILEAGE FEES WILL ALSO BE CHARGED. The specified number of volunteers will be located on the contract.

Inclement Weather Policy:

  • Cancellation of event prior to GAMES TO GO leaving our location: GAMES TO GO holds customer deposit and applies it to future event.
  • Customer requests GAMES TO GO to come in spite of bad weather hoping it will clear off, but it doesn’t and customer cancels event: GAMES TO GO will charge the delivery charge per contract and credit deposit to next event. The balance of contract plus an additional delivery fee will be due.
  • Customer requests GAMES TO GO to set up despite impending rain: GAMES TO GO will receive full compensation. For safety reasons, games will be shut down if it starts to rain or if winds make operation unsafe. That decision will be made by our event manager.
